Autumnal Beauty Favourites

With the cooler weather coming on it's almost as though you can feel your hair and skin getting drier by the second. It's important to make sure you are giving your skin and hair the right nutrition and hydration it needs. Below are some of my current go to products this autumn.

Johnsons - Pure Tissue Oil
This tissue oil is easily absorbed into your skin and doesn't leave you feeling oily or uncomfortable. It contains rose hip oil which helps hydrate, tone and even out your skin. The vitamin E reduces scaring, age-ing and dark spots. I apply this to my whole body directly after a warm shower and even after cleansing and before bed I apply a few pumps to my face. Hask - Argan Oil
This Argan oil is great if you looking for a smooth and silky shine. It even contains keratin - food for your hair! It can be applied to dry or wet hair and it has a delightful citrusy scent to it. Half an almond size is all you will need, so this little bottle goes a long way, and its great for travel too. R54.95 Clicks

Cotton On - Coffee Body Scrub
This scrub is perfect for removing any dry and unwanted skin in minutes. The smell of coffee and oranges in a hot steamy shower is like heaven in winter! After dampening my skin, I apply it all over my body using circular movements to help remove the dead skin, I leave it on for an extra 5 minutes for even softer skin. R89 Cotton On
The best part of purchasing this scrub is 100% of the proceeds go to the Cotton On Foundation, supporting people in Southern Uganda to earn incomes and support their families.

Bettaway - Vitamin C
I believe it's all about what you put in when it comes to having great skin. Vitamin C is vital for a healthy immune system and it shouldn't just be taken in colder months to prevent colds and flu but all year round as it helps regenerate your skin too. Our bodies sadly can't store or manufacture Vitamin C therefore its important to take a supplement on a regular basis. R124.95 Dischem
